High Performance Coach for Executives: Hassan

I wasn’t always an Executive Coach, but it was always a part of me.

Before I founded HMS High-Performance Solutions (HMS), for over 15 years, I thrived in the high-stakes world of investment advisory, trading securities, and managing portfolios at top firms in London, Dubai, and Cyprus.

It was a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that fueled my passion for the markets—a passion sparked at just 6 years old, during a simple trip to the bank with my father.

But despite all the success, something was always missing. No matter how many deals I closed or how high the numbers climbed, there was a growing sense of emptiness.

While the markets were exciting, what truly energized me was connecting with people. Throughout my career, I was drawn to helping others grow—motivating colleagues, guiding teams, and celebrating collective wins.

Through deep reflection, I realized that my passion wasn’t just in markets, but in people. I had a desire to help others rise, not just professionally, but personally. This realization led me to transition from the corporate world to coaching.

Today, as a High-Performance Coach, I help professionals and executives unlock their potential, achieve balance, and live more fulfilling lives.

My approach combines the same drive and strategic thinking that fueled my financial career, with a genuine focus on personal growth and well-being.
